Hi there guys. It's been a long time that i updated my diary. So now that i have the time, i will relate everything that i can remember. Therefore, fasten your seatbelts for a long ride...

January - March

     These three months were spent reading and writing in preparation for the CGFNS exam.  Then, i took the exam by the first week of March.

April

     This month was full of happenings.  My Aunt and her family from New York visited for a vacation.  We had a great time with them.  However, there was a thorn among the roses, so to say.  My mother had a vehicular accident on the evening of April 5. It really whacked my nerves.  My emotions and rationality was torn apart, having got so scared of what might happen to her. Then, it was this month that i had the agony of waiting for the exam's result. And the result was just so terrible.  I failed!!!

May - June

     These months were again into studying for the re-examination which is to happen by July.  I thought of not having to retake but i just wont give up. Attending to my family's needs and alloting time for my review took most of my time.

July - August

     I took again the exam. And much to my dismay, i failed again. It's just too much on my nerves.  I felt that there's an external force that really hinders me from passing.  I really did my best for the exam.  I just felt like screaming and kicking!!!

     But i never just gave up.  I applied for the IELTS exam.  I did a self-review in preparation for the exam. And i took it last August 26 in Cebu City.

September

     After two weeks of waiting, i received the result. And i passed, with a band score of 7.0 It restored my self-esteem.

     For the rest of the month, i am just doing a full-time motherhood.  I am hoping that there will still be an opportunity for me to retake the CGFNS this coming March 2007.
